Introduction:

The Home of the Titans

Storm Peaks is located to the northeast of Northrend - and is the first zone that requires a flying mount to travel the zone (learned at level 77 in Dalaran).

General Information:

The zone has 100+ quests with two 5-man instances, Halls of Stone (level 77) and Halls of Stone (level 79). The first starting hub is neutral for both Alliance and Horde at the goblin town K3. Past that the quests are spread all throughout the zone - with an Horde hub at Camp Tunka'lo and Grom'arsh Crash Site.

The starting goblin town of K3 is located at the south of the zone and reachable through the Crystalsong Forest (or just with a flying mount through the mountains). As you progress through the quests you will need to fly though the mountians to access the new quest hubs - many of which require a ton of flying throughout the edges of the map which gives an epic flying mount user a HUGE advantage in this zone. In fact - it is safe to say that without an epic flying mount the time it takes to complete the zone could double or even triple.
