Dragonblight: Wyrmrest Temple East (Part XI)

Most of the quests left are completed to the east of Wrymcrest Temple.
Head south to the Emerald Draognshrine to pick up Cycle of Life - complete both Cycle of Life and Seeds of the Lashers here. Turn in Cycle of Life to pick up The Plume of Alystros - which you can complete/turn in here as well if you have a group - if not just skip it.
Now head north to complete Mighty Magnataur - when all 3 magnataurs are killed turn in both Mighty Magnataur and Seeds of the Lashers at Wyrmrest Temple to get Reclusive Runemaster and That Which Creates Can also Destroy.
Head east to complete Reclusive Runemasterin the mountians then head to the frost wyrm area to finish the first part of That Which Creates Can also Destroy.
Keep heading northeast until you reach Light's Trust to pick up the quest The Cleansing of Jintha'kalor.
Head northeast to complete The Cleansing of Jintha'kalor as well as the second part of That Which Creates can also Destroy. Turn in The Cleansing of Jintha'kalor to get Into the Breach! (Requires level 74 to get) which is the quest that'll lead you into Zul'Drak - save it for now.

Cleansing of Jintha'kalor (step 4) also reqs lvl 74.

Most will be 73 here,
unless they've done both starting zones or instanced a bit.
