Head north to complete The Liquid Fire of Elune and turn it in to get Kill The Cultists.
Go further north now to Icemist Village and complete Kill the Cultists - one of the cultists should also drop an item to give you the quest The Favor of Zangus. Turn both quests in to get The High Cultist.
Now head north to the Pit of Narjun and complete The High Cultist- once down go southeast to complete both Atop the Woodlands and Strengthen the Ancients. Turn all 3 quests in to get Searching Indu'le Village.
In the lake at the middle of Indu'le Village you can turn in Searching Indu'le Villageand pick up The End of the Line - complete The End of the Line and make your way south to Moa'ki Harbor.
