Abilities:

Lavanthor:

Flame Breath - Deals fire damage in a cone in front of the caster
Lava Burn - Deals fire damage

Strategy:

Lavanthor is a large core hound that is caged on the east side of the Violet Hold. He is a very standard tank and spank boss - just have the tank grab him and face him away from the party. As long as no one else is standing in front of the boss no one other then the tank should be taking damage.
