Utgarde Keep is one of the 2 entry level 5 man instances for those just starting out in Northrend. The final boss Ingvar the Plunderer is level 72, so a recomended minimum level for the instance is 69. Located on the shores of Lake Cauldros in the very center of Howling Fjord the instance plays a integral part in the storyline of the zone.
