Abilities:

Mage-Lord Urom:

Empowered Arcane Explosion - Sends out a blast wave of magic, inflicting Arcane damage to nearby enemies
Frostbomb - Launches a Frostbomb that deals Frost damage and freezes the ground, dealing periodic damage and slowing the movement speed of enemies in an area
Teleport - Teleports the caster to the center of The Oculus
Time Bomb - Deals Arcane damage and plants a time bomb in an enemy target - after 6 sec the bomb explodes, dealing additional Arcane damage to nearby enemies equal to the amount of health missing from the target

Strategy:

Mage-Lord Urom will constantly throw frostbombs on the floor which deals damage and slows anyone on the trap so have the main tank constantly moving out of the frostbomb area. He also casts time bomb on random targets - make sure to heal that target back to full health within 6 seconds. Periodically the boss will teleport to the middle of the room and start casting Arcane Explosion. Have the party position themselves behind one of the 3 walls to avoid taking damage.
