Abilities:

Piller of Woe - Blasts an enemy with shadow damage over 10 seconds
Shock of Sorrow - Instantly deals Shadow damage and puts all nearby enemies into a state of meditation, incapacitating them for 6 seconds and breaks on damage
Storm of Grief - Ceates a storm of shadow that lasts 20 seconds, dealing Shadow damage to all enemies in the area every second

Strategy:

Mainden of Grief is similar to Maiden of Virtue in Karazhan. The party will have to move away from the Storm of Grief constantly - however the healer and main tank in the group will need to stay near a Storm of Grief at all times. When the boss starts to cast Shock of Sorrow both main tank and healer will need to step in the Storm of Grief to remove the incapacitating effect. Note that if the main tank does not remove this effect and someone else in the party does the boss will automaitically switch to that player - making it crucial that the main tank is able to break this effect every time.

ßlâze  - Shock of Sorrow   |2009-01-18 22:31:58 I never had a problem w/ agro when it come down to who the boss will attack when the puts everyone to sleep. everyone in my party was incapasitated and the boss still attacked me over everyone else. she dont hit hard but the storm of grief does alot.
