Halls of Stone is one of the final instances you can run before hitting level 80 - with the recomended level of 77. Located on the north end of Storm Peaks - the area around the instance is only accessable via flying mounts. The instance is non-liniar, with all of the bosses accessable in seperate wings from the start, and the final boss requires a certain event to happen in one of the wings to be accessable.

The instance has 1 quest that you pick up inside the zone from Brann Bronzebeard called Halls of Stone that starts the event to access the final boss.
