Halls of Lightning is a level 80 instance located on the north end of Storm Peaks. The area around the instance is only accessable via flying mounts and is located right next to Halls of Stone. The final boss of the instance - Loken - brings an end to one of the longest and in-depth storylines that starts from Grizzly Hills at level 73 all the way to Storm Peaks about the war of the Ancients.

Loken's Army

There are 2 quests for the Halls of Lightning - Diametrically Opposed and Whatever it Takes! - both of which are obtained from King Jokkum at the southeast end of Storm Peaks.
