Abilities:

Slad'ran:

Poison Nova: Inflicts a large amount of Nature damage to nearby enemies, then an additional damage every 2 seconds for 16 seconds
Powerful Bite: Inflicts 100% of normal damage, and reduces the armor of an enemy by 20% for 5 seconds
Venom Bolt: Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy

Strategy:

Slad'ran is pretty tough boss with a few abilities that need to be controlled. Have the main tank pull the boss away from the group. Periodically Slad'ran uses 2 abilities that everyone needs to watch out for - Poison Nova - all the melee needs to run away from the boss to avoid getting hit - and a snake wrap ability that will stun the user until the cage is destroyed. On top of this elite snakes will constantly spawn - if they run to the main tank the tank can grab them - otherwise the dps will need to handle the snakes since it is not safe for the tank to move the boss into melee range of the casters at the risk of the entire party getting hit by Poison Nova.

If you kill the second boss first you can drag this guy to where you fought the
second boss and the snakes won't follow you.
Or you can just find some really
good dps with exeptional aoe to take care of the snakes when they spawn.

Found if the tank pulls Slad'ran to the ramp leaving out of the water while
range and heals stay in the water the adds will evade and turn it into a mere
tank-n-spank. Melee are on their own.
