Abilities:

King Dred:

Bellowing Roar: A howling roar terrifies all targets within 35 yards, causing them to flee for 4 seconds
Grievous Bite: A vicious attack that causes the target to bleed profusely until fully healed
Mangling Slash: Slashes at an enemy, dealing 125% weapon damage and increasing the damage it takes from Bleed effects by 75%
Fearsome Roar: Reduces all damage done by nearby enemies for 10 seconds
Piercing Slash: Slashes at an enemy, dealing 125% weapon damage and reducing its armor by 75%

Strategy:

King Dred is one of the easiest instance bosses as long as the healer can keep up the tank. All of King Dred's abilities are single target damage to the tank - and if the tank isn't always topped off the damage could multiply by large amounts. Make sure to clear the trash around the boss so no one gets feared into more adds.
