Abilities:

Novos the Summoner:

Frostbolt: Deals Frost damage and Slows movement speed by 50%
Blizzard: Deals Frost damage every two seconds in a 10 yard area and slows movement speed by 75%
Wrath of Misery: Curses a random target causing Shadow damage every 2 seconds for 8 seconds
Arcane Blast: Deals Arcane damage to a target and knocks them back 15 yards

Strategy:

Novos the Summoner starts with an invincible shield around him as he summons adds from the stairs and the side. Have the raid focus on burning the non-elietes before they reach the group - eliete adds will also spawn periodically that should be tanked by the main tank and then taken down by the DPS. After a number of waves the boss will drop his shield and the adds will stop spawning. The boss has no aggro list so everyone can full dps on the boss while avoiding the bilzzards till he dies.
