Grim Dawn – First Playthrough – Part 1

Today we start the initial playthrough series of Grim Dawn. In the video I talk about the history of the game, development team ‘resurrection’ from the Titan Quest days, and similarities to Diablo 3. Each video in the series will be approximately 30 minutes long, simulating what a first time playthrough would be like. If you don’t mind spoilers, you’ll enjoy this over your lunch break!

Build: 19

Note: At the time of this recording, Grim Dawn is still under development and is therefore deemed ‘Early Access’. You can purchase the game from Steam or the Humble Store (with additional perks), but note that until it’s ‘done’, there may be bugs, inconsistencies, and missing content. It’s looking very good already though.

Thanks for watching and Thumbs Up if you like the video! Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions in the comments below and be sure to check out:

  1. i could say i was a big titan quest fan but not a great fan of replay, if you know what i mean. I play a game to the end and then that's it. love the game, but after one or two rounds through the story I'm done. but i still want to play grim dawn.

  2. no offense over here to whoever likes it, but it looks plain boring, will this game eventually get better? A friend of mine is pushing me to buy it, but I'm afraid of wasting my money like I did with Diablo 3

  3. Grim Dawn is best. Playing it since months, and even if there is only Act 1+2 yet, I'm still grinding gear. Can't wait for my first legendary drop, final release and especially MP (soon!!).

  4. I love its entire setting and atmosphere, but my poor GPU doesn't want me playing it, even though I have set the graphics to potato battery mode. I think I'll wait a little more with Grim Dawn, until they optimize the game. Right now I'm playing Titan Quest.

  5. Looks pretty good so far, makes me wanna replay Titan Quest again. Might try this one out later on when it gets further along in development. I noticed you haven't done any videos for Path of Exile, ever try it out?
