So....How do I get to Northrend? I heard there are TWO starting zones?

Alliance: A new boat at Stormwind will take you to Valiance Keep in Borean Tundra, a new boat at Menethil will take you to Valgarde in Howling Fjord.
Horde: A new zeppelin tower outside Orgrimmar will lead you to Warsong Hold in Borean Tundra, a new zeppelin tower outside Undercity will lead you to Vengeance Landing in Howling Fjord.

Ok, so 2 different starting zones in Northrend. Which one should I choose?

It all really depends on what you want to see, what quest rewards you are interested in, and which side has the least amount of players around who might gank you, or steal your mobs, etc. From our experience, Borean Tundra seems to have more Horde, while Howling Fjord have more Alliance, but this can vary from server to server. If you are having trouble deciding, check out our questing guide section. Our videos are a good way of previewing the new zones and the type of quests you will encounter.

Where the heck is Dalaran?

When you hit level 74, every major quest hub will have a new quest inside the local inn that will teleport you to Dalaran. When you get there, be sure to grab the flight point before leaving as you only get this free teleport once. To reach Dalaran before level 74 you can have a mage make a Dalaran portal for you or have a warlock summon you.

I think my epic flying mount is broken...

At level 77 you can talk to Hira Snowdawn at Karsus' Landing in Dalaran to train Cold Weather Flying, which at the moment costs 950 gold. That means no flying around for the first half of the Northrend zones QQ.
