Abilities:

Disrupting Shout - Deals physical damage to all players in the raid
Jagged Knife - Deals physical damage to a random player and leaves a dot that deals physical damage over 10 seconds
Unbalancing Strike - Inflicts 350% weapon damage and leaves the target unbalanced, reducing their defense skill by 100 for 6 seconds

Strategy:

Instructor Razuvious starts the fight with 2 understudies next to him and 2 mind control crystals at the front of the room. 2 players will need to click on the crystals at the same time to start the encounter - at which point both of the understudies next to the boss will be mind controlled. The understudies have 4 abilities:

1: Auto Attack
2: Blood Strike
3: Taunt
4: Shield Wall

Have one of the crystal controlling players immediately activate Shield Wall and then taunt the boss. The shield wall will last 20 seconds - at which point have the second crystal controller cast shield wall and taunt the boss. Be sure that both tanks are constantly using blood strike as well to hold aggro on the boss. In between taunts be sure that you have enough time left on the mind control to hold the boss for 20 seconds - if not dismiss the mind control and click on the crystal again to reset the control timer.

The rest of the raid will just need to keep DPS on the boss - heal the Understudies as well as the disrupting shouts/jagged knives.
