Abilities:
Chain Lightning: Hits 3 random players for Nature damage
Polarity Shift: Charges the entire raid either negatively or positively - when standing on people with the same charge a 10% damage buff is gained per person - when standing on people with the opposite charge they will deal 3,500 damage a second to each other each
Ball Lightning: If no one is in melee range of Thaddius he will cast ball lightning his primary aggro target for a large amount of Nature damage
Berserker Enrage: Increasing all damage done by 1,000% - cast after 6 minutes
Strategy:
Phase 1
Initial Pull Position
Feugen and Stalagg are standing on opposite ends of the room and will need to be killed within 5 seconds of each other to start the Thaddius encounter. The raid will need to split into two groups with a tank and healer in each group and be sure to keep track of both Feugen and Stalagg's health as they DPS both down. There are 2 things to note here:
Feugen and Stalagg have to stay on their platforms or else the raid will take constant nature damage.
Feugen and Stalagg will constantly toss their highest aggro target to each other - basically the tanks will constantly swap with each other.
Phase 2
Initial Pull Position
When both Feugen and Stalagg are dead the raid will need to jump onto the platform that Thaddius is located and gather in front of Thaddius until he starts to attack the raid. Keep DPS on the boss until he casts polarity shift - at which point all players that have negative polarity will need to move to the left of the boss while all the players with positive polarity will need to move to the right of the boss.
Position of the Raid and Polarity Movements
At this point all players will need to stay within max MELEE range of the boss (Thaddius has a large hit box) and anytime Thaddius casts polarity shift if a player's polarity has changed they will need to move the the other side by walking around the right side of the boss
