Abilities:

Poison Bolt Volley - This will hit the five closest players to Grand Widow Faerlina every 15 seconds and deals Nature damage as well as applying a dot that does Nature damage every 2 seconds for eight seconds - dispellable
Rain of Fire - Fire damage every two seconds for six seconds with an 8 yard radius
Frenzy - Increases Grand Widow Faerlina's physical damage by 150%, melee haste by 50% and size by 50% - 60 second cooldown

Strategy:

Grand Widow Faerlina will come with 4 worshippers that need to be off tanked nearby the boss. The boss is a strait forward tank and spank encounter with one gimmick - every minute the boss will be able to cast Frenzy and can kill a tank quickly during this enrage. To counter this you will need to kill a worshiper next Grand Widow Faerlina and it will remove all of her abilities for 30 seconds.

Have the main tank grab the boss and all the dps except for one killing the boss. The one extra DPS is assigned to bring the worshipers hit points low so that they can be killed quickly when needed - while the offtank tanks all 4 worshipers. Make sure the raid is cleansing poisons and moving out of the rain of fires.

You can silence the boss early if DPS is high, but this will only prevent a frenzy for 30 seconds (because frenzy is on a 1 minute cooldown if you silence her after she casts it she will have to wait a minute to cast it again - however if you just silence her for 30 seconds before she casts it she can cast it anytime the silence is over) otherwise every time the boss casts frenzy have all the DPS switch to a nearby worshiper to counter this effect.
